Arena Racing USA and SportsQuest announce that SportsQuest is now taking reservations for the limited number of Race Driver and Team memberships for the inaugural season at the new SportsQuest center. “Arena Racing is an affordable racing series that fits well with SportsQuest’s mission to provide quality family entertainment and sports to the region,” said Phil Evans, SportsQuest President. “Our goal is to provide Richmonders an opportunity to participate in, or simply watch, exciting new sports like Arena Racing. With easy to drive cars, we’re looking forward to making stock car racing available to the masses – young and old alike.”

“When we met with Joe Gibbs,” said Steve Burton, Founder and CEO of SportsQuest, “we knew we’d discovered a cutting-edge sport we had to bring to Richmond. Our members will be able to race cars in our arena as well as on our two outdoor race tracks. We’re also going to open a Development Center where drivers and pit crews will sharpen their racing skills. We’ll have a racing program unique from all others in the country.”

“I am excited to be a part of Arena Racing USA®, which ran its 100th race in Hampton VA earlier this year,” said Joe Gibbs, “I was a driver in that race and can attest to the thrill of the racing experience.” Gibbs, the former Washington Redskins Head Coach continued, “SportsQuest’s vision of a multisport facility focused on the development of youth, recreation and a professional program for many sports, including motor sports, is an outstanding concept and one I am excited to be associated with through Arena Racing USA®.”
